From 4 to 7 November, a group of six people from Poland, representing the staff of the “Let’s Cooperate!” project (i.e. two coordinators, two representatives of vocational education and two representatives of companies from the lift industry), paid a three-day visit to Turkey. During our time in Turkey, we held meetings at the headquarters of our Turkish partner, the SerGED Association, visited vocational schools and continuing education centres, and met with employers from the lift industry, namely Yonell and OTIS. We gathered information on the needs of the labour market and local companies regarding vocational education and training, as well as the opportunities offered by Education Centres to respond to these needs.
