The main goal of the project is to develop cooperation between vocational education institutions and employers by creating a model solution for cooperation. This involves vocational education institutions and employers from the lift industry cooperating to develop a course programme tailored to their needs, along with teaching materials for the lecturers. Organisation of a conference on cooperation between the two fields. Incorporation of the course into the educational offer of partner institutions and creation of a film demonstratingthe implementation and results of the project.
The project has been designed to ensure that its outcomes bring real and lasting benefits to various groups, including educational institutions, employers and individuals seeking new qualifications. Our goal is not only to create modern educational materials, but above all to develop a model of cooperation between the world of education and the labour market.

In the course of the implemented project, a number of tangible results were achieved that contribute to the development of vocational education and strengthening cooperation with the labor market. These activities aimed not only to support partner institutions but also to create lasting tools that can be used by a wide range of recipients.
Holding a conference aimed at employers, representatives of institutions involved in continuing vocational education, and other interested parties, dedicated to discussing the needs and possibilities of cooperation between the vocational education system and the labor market
Development of a model course programmeby the expert team (lecturers and entrepreneurs), including an outline, teaching materials, and recommendations for cooperation between continuing vocational education and the labor market. All materials are available in three languages and are provided free of charge to all interested institutions.
Create and publish a film documenting the course of the project, its key results, and examples of the implementation of the developed training.

In realization of the project, representatives of the lift industry sector were also actively involved:

Elektrolift is a Polish company specializing in the design, installation, and servicing of elevators and lifting devices. With many years of experience in the industry, the company undertakes both new investments and modernizations of existing lifting systems, adapting them to current technical and legal requirements.

DVLift actively participates in educational projects, sharing its expertise and supporting the professional development of new technical staff through collaboration with educational institutions.

Yoneel Asansör is a Turkish company with many years of experience in the production and installation of elevators and lifting systems, operating both on the domestic and international markets. The company is known for its innovative technological solutions as well as high standards of quality and safety.

Has been operating on the education market since 2006, specializing in continuing vocational education for adults and the organization of courses and training for young people. The institution offers Vocational Qualification Courses implemented in accordance with the educational curriculum in professions such as interior designer, IT specialist, computer graphic designer and e-commerce specialist. The institution is entered in the Register of Training Institutions kept by the Voivodeship Labor Office in Rzeszów.

Academy operates under the Turkish association SerGED, which implements continuing vocational education. Participants in vocational training receive certificates of course completion, recognized under a cooperation protocol signed with regional vocational training centers and the Directorate of National Education in Serik, enabling them to apply for employment. At the international level, the SerGED Academy belongs to theEuropean Association of Institutes for Vocational Training (EVBB). Last year, over 250 people over the age of 18 benefited from courses organized by the partner.
